Meet the Team

Dr Azadeh is a dentist with over a decade of experience both abroad and in the UK. She is passionate about providing high-quality dental care to all of her patients. She has had the privilege of working in dental outreach and supervising final-year dental students, which has allowed her to make a positive impact on the oral health of underserved communities.
Dr Azadeh has recently received a Postgraduate Certificate in Operative Dentistry, awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons. She has also worked part-time at Aberdeen Dental School as a Clinical Teaching Fellow, sharing her expertise with aspiring dentists. In addition, she has been a Vocational Trainer (VT) since 2023, supporting newly qualified dentists in their professional development.
Her interest in aesthetic dentistry and non-surgical facial aesthetics has driven her to continually develop her skills and stay up to date with the latest techniques in these fields.
Ross graduated with distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2020 and joined Granite City Dental Clinic as our resident Hygienist in 2021.
He strives to ensure that his patients receive both high quality and comfortable hygiene treatment. After a hygienist appointment with Ross, you’ll not only leave with a cleaner and healthier smile, but also knowledge about the condition of your gum health and how you can achieve and maintain gum health at home.
In addition to treating patients already registered with the practice, Ross is also able to provide hygiene treatment directly to new patients.
Outside of work, Ross spends much of his time studying to become a Dentist at the University of Aberdeen, and in his free time enjoys exploring what Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire has to offer, with his dog Louis.
Ailsa graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2023 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, following a BSc Honours in Neuroscience at Dundee University. She joined Granite City Dental Clinic during her Vocational Training year in 2023, training alongside the rest of the team, before becoming an associate.
Ailsa enjoys all aspects of dentistry but especially aesthetics, with a strong focus helping patients to improve their confidence. Her favourite part of dentistry is getting to know her patients and helping them overcome any anxieties that they may have.
Outside of work Ailsa enjoys hiking, reading and travelling.
