About Platt & Common Dental Clinic

We are accepting NHS and Private patients

Scottish Dental Care, Platt & Common Dental Clinic, formerly known as Platt & Common Dental Practice, is situated in the heart of Stirling’s historic city centre.

With a history that spans over 163 years, the practice was originally established by Leon Platt, Central Scotland’s first resident dentist. It has since evolved to a modern clinic while maintaining its traditional values and community focus. The clinic is renowned for its comprehensive blend of NHS and private dental services, housed in a Grade B listed Victorian villa.

At Scottish Dental Care, Platt & Common, we offer a variety of cosmetic treatments and facial aesthetic services, tailoring each procedure to your unique needs.

Our team is committed to ongoing training and professional development, ensuring they remain highly skilled and current with the latest techniques and industry standards.

Our goal is to deliver first class dental care using the latest advancements in dentistry, all within a welcoming, calm, and professional atmosphere, while staying true to the family-oriented values upon which the clinic was established.

John father’s family is originally from Bannockburn and so he spent many a childhood holiday in Stirling and the surrounding area.
